“GUESS Watches strives to EMOTIONALLY and SPIRITUALLY GIVE BACK to those LESS FORTUNATE; allowing our employees and partners around the world to CONNECT TO A CHILD, SAVE A LIFE and to MAKE A DIFFERENCE.”
Cindy Livingston, President & CEO

In 2006, GUESS Watches founded “Faces to Watch –Time To Give.” Created solely from their corporate dedication to philanthropy, the program was established with a goal to better the health, welfare and educational needs of children around the globe. Since its inception, GUESS Watches and its worldwide partners have raised more than $5.5 million to support 11 charities around the world.

The largest portion of charitable donations is generated through the sales of a Special Edition “Faces to Watch-Time To Give” timepiece – with a portion of the proceeds from watch sales going directly to charity. Each and every year, a brand new watch is designed and sold in various retail outlets around the globe in an effort to marry fashion with philanthropy.

This year, GUESS Watches is excited to announce the proceeds from the 2014 Special Edition watch will be donated to not one, but two charitable projects in South Korea – the Putting Wings on Disabled Children Project run by Assistive Technology Research and Assistance Center, and the Leftovers Love Sharing Community. The Putting Wings on Disabled Children Project will directly aid in providing both assistive and mobility devices for disabled children. These devices are tailored specifically to each child’s needs with an ultimate goal of improving their daily standard of living. The Leftovers Love Sharing Community addresses the needs of 120,000 children and adolescents in impoverished families every year. The proceeds raised by GUESS Watches will assist in the support of educational, vocational and recreational programs with a focus on helping children reach their full potential.

In addition to the watch campaign, GUESS Watches will be partnering with Happybean to further donation efforts in South Korea for these two incredible charities. Operated by the search engine Naver, Happybean is the first online giving portal in South Korea that acts as a bridge between online users wishing to donate and qualified charitable organizations in need of donations.
